Whimsical ist eine Collaboration-Suite, mit der Unternehmen Dokumente, Drahtmodelle, Flussdiagramme, Haftnotizen, Mindmaps und mehr erstellen können, um die Ideenfindung im gesamten Unternehmen zu verbessern. Das Drahtmodellierungsmodul bietet eine Bibliothek anpassbarer Elemente, einschließlich Kontrollkästchen, Eingaben, Schaltflächen und durchsuchbarer Symbole, sodass mehrere Stakeholder gleichzeitig an einem einzigen Dokument arbeiten können. Die Lösung bietet anpassbare Stacks, mit denen Administratoren Karten in Gruppen sortieren und organisieren, Rich-Text, Bilder oder Kommentare anhängen und den Projektfortschritt auf einem Kanban-Board verfolgen können.

Vorteile
Funktionalität ist genau richtig (nicht zu viel, aber auch nicht zu wenig). Design ist schön und gleichmäßig. Performance ist gut und immer "snappy".
Nachteile
Export als Vektorgrafik fehlt noch. Momentan geht nur als PNG

I'm an ideas person and I feel unable to move forward with my goals when I cannot get my thoughts out. It is also a challenge for me to express what I'm thinking in a way where people will understand not only the context but the call to action. Using whimsical, I have been able map out my ideas in a flow and shift around what makes sense for all areas of my business growth and development. I've been able to share this map so my team can help me more effectively and understand the plan.
Vorteile
I love the ability to map out on a huge board that accommodates with the right visual design tools so I can put my business ideas "on the screen". I love how much I can do with it.
Nachteile
I love whimsical for what it is. I'm not sure what could be added or improved upon per say. I will genuinely think about this though.

We do employ Whimsical on a daily basis for several customers project, and we even invite them to collab with us, so we can take a better glimpse on their demands and wishes. It says clearly how glad we are employing this great tool.
Vorteile
It does have a user-friendly interface.
The free tier allows any user to make a lot of tasks
The real time collab works as it should.
There are plenty of features to organize and schematize any work load.
Nachteile
The drag and drop feature is a little clumsy often, and it makes it a little difficult to manage some items simultaneously.

We made the change for many reasons, one of them, our customers might have easier access to our boards than using those other paid platforms. Additionally, Whimsical does provide many tools that can't be found separately in those platforms.Gründe für den Wechsel zu Whimsical
As said previously, Whimsical allow us to create a bridge with our customers. They do play a role important in any decision-making process, and they don't have to pay or do any difficult maneuver to sign up with their Google Account and straightaway participate in our brainstorm sessions. Too many colors but few professionalism

The ease of adding diagrams and the creation of flow charts
Nachteile
Too many colors, not serious. This seems to be the trend nowadays, but I belong to the old school, where serious and professional things are black, white, or on a gray scale.

Whimsical's perfect for brainstorming ideas, planning projects, and presenting concepts to clients.
Nachteile
Maybe a few more advanced features would be nice, but for what I need, it's spot on.
