März 2026* | Kunst & Handwerk | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Absolutely wonderful customer support. Not once have I got a reply without a solution. Always available and ready to help, video support for complicated issues. Excellent\! > > **Nachteile**: Nothing I can think of as yet\! It's been the easiest platform for me to use, being a non coder and designer. > > Being an artist, Pixpa has been wonderful for me, moved from Shopify to Pixpa and got everything instantly - value for money, ease of posting pages, shop, anything I had wanted for the past year with other providers. Best of all is the customer service, always available, with top notch answers\! ----- ### "Excellent experience as a first-time business owner" — 5.0/5 > **Federico** | *8. Juni 2026* | Kunst & Handwerk | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Interface is clear, website creation is very fast and there are lots of customization options. Customer support is on point and very fast. Payment systems integration is clear and complete. Client galleries are excellent tools that allow for a very personal touch and customer experience - both for commissions and events. > > **Nachteile**: The client galleries are amazing tools, but it seems they are thought mainly for photographers and shipping always in mind. The customer always has to leave a shipping address even if the delivery is in-person. The pictures in the galleries draw from the same price lists, but it is possible that the artist sells specific formats for specific pictures - for example A4 and A5 - therefore adding the extra step for the customer to specify the format and price. These are very minor complaints and don't affect the overall experience, but can require an extra communication when selling in-person through the client galleries at events. > > I'm very satisfied with the experience so far and it is an excellent platform, considering also the value for money. I would recommend it to fellow artists. ----- ### "Looks good but has flaws" — 3.0/5 > **James** | *14. April 2024* | Fotografie | Empfehlungsbewertung: 3.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The customisable templates look good and it is relatively easy to create a good-looking website - however, there are limits to the customisation of the blocks systems and you end up with a relatively generic website that doesn't distinguish it from many of the platforms out there such as Squarespace. Customer service is pretty good though I often have to wait more than 24 hours for resolution of an issue. > > **Nachteile**: As a professional, I have used many portfolio platform builders in my time and, for me, there are just too many wired glitches with the backend of Pixpa. It doesn't feel as stable as a platform like Squarespace or Format - not enough for me to trust it with my professional service and website long-term. I have had to reach out to the service team on too many occasions for too many basic things like the website content disappearing, not being able to log in to my account for no apparent reason, password rest emails not being sent to the correct email address etc. > > Average and at times unnecessarily frustrating. I won't be renewing my subscription. Yes, it's cheaper than some platforms out there, but the frustration and shakeable trust in the product makes me wish I'd stuck with the platform I was on before I moved to Pixpa. When I compare Pixpa to Format or Pixieset(both of whom I've used in the past) it doesn't match in terms of being a solid all-round professional product; having a clear UI (for example, there are customisation icons that are present but don't do anything - which is just confusing); and, in my experience, I don't feel the platform offers an overall sense of stability. ----- ### "PIXPA is the way to go." — 5.0/5 > **Amber Lara** | *9. Februar 2026* | Fotografie | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: This was extremely easy to set up, and it looks absolutely beautiful. I was very happy with the theme provided, and there are a lot of free options or basic options that I can make use of that work really well for me in my budget. > > **Nachteile**: No cons really. It's affordable and easy to use, I had no issues setting it up or connecting it to any of my third-party applications. I'm really enjoying using this website. It's just incredibly easy to use. > > It's fantastic, I've had no issues at all. This has been a really wonderful website tool to work with. ----- ### "Pixpa works perfect for showcase your work as an artist." — 5.0/5 > **Tanja** | *2. Juni 2026* | Kunst & Handwerk | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: In Pixpa, you can very easily build a good website yourself, with various gallery options and a webshop where you can sell your products yourself at no extra cost, making it very suitable for artists. Everything works very intuitively, so you can create an attractive website even without extensive web design skills. Additionally, Pixpa is very affordable. I am glad I discovered Pixpa. If you have questions, you get a quick response from the helpdesk. > > **Nachteile**: I have had a website with Pixpa for six months now and have not experienced any disadvantages to date. > > Pixpa is simple and intuitive to use, making it easy for you to build a perfect website yourself where, as an artist, you can beautifully showcase your work and sell it in your own online store.
