Reporting is another area I lean on heavily — once you've built the reports you need, pulling workforce data for leadership is quick and reliable. > > **Nachteile**: The interface can be a bit inconsistent. The layout shifts more than I'd expect between updates, and the system displays quite differently depending on whether I'm working from my laptop or my external monitor — menus and buttons don't always sit where I expect them to.
