This makes the implementation and roll out a smoother and quicker process as it is easy for employees to understand and engage with. I like the logbook function which allows you to determine the data you want to store and report on. The report builder allows you to report on any data in the system and create filters to narrow down the reports as you need. A really helpful function is that these reports can be turned into live spreadsheets that update each time you open them. This allows you to share the data with other teams without changing the PeopleHR access. The PeopleHR team have always been easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any raised cases. > > **Nachteile**: Limited ability to amend/edit the fields on the dashboard or employee profile. This comes with being a simple and off the shelf option, which we wanted and has it's pros. > > Positive experience, a good HR system which you can adapt to make it work for you while still being a simple user friendly system. We've since added Expenses, Rewards and other components of the Access software, which is easily accessible using one button. All support is done via their AI chat tool, you can type in 'chat to a person' to raise a case if need be. I find the system intuitive and it has simplified some of our processes. I particularly find the reporting function easy to use and like how People HR automatically talks to our Payroll software, Paycircle. The mobile app makes it accessible to employees that are on the road and makes it easy to do simple tasks such as booking annual leave. Whilst Ripples can be complicated, once you have worked out how to use them they provide a quick workflow to enable tasks to be automated. I tend to use logbooks very frequently and they have been a staple in tracking employee requests. > > **Nachteile**: I would like to see an upgrade to the assignments, which we currently use to process overtime. The app is great for employees to be able to log their assignments but i would like employees to visually be able to see when assignments have changed status. I would also like to see a change to status when an assignment is entered by a manager, which doesn't require approval, it can make it hard to report on. There is a slight issue when an employee entered an assignment across 2 days, it has been known to duplicate. > > My experience from implementation to every day use is positive, as an administrator i find it easy to change settings.
