Fiverr Workspace (ehemals AND.CO) ist eine cloudbasierte Lösung für Freiberufler und kleine Unternehmen, die Zeit- und Ausgabenverfolgungsprozesse mit Tools wie Rechnungsstellung, Vertragserstellung, Zeiterfassung, Ausgabenverfolgung, Zahlungen und mehr rationalisiert. Fiverr Workspace bietet auch native App-Unterstützung für Android und iOS.
Fiverr Workspace verspricht Komfort und Automatisierung für die Kerngeschäftsverwaltung im Zusammenhang mit Freiberuflern, Selbstständigen und Kleinunternehmern. Die cloudbasierte Lösung wird von nativen Smartphone-Apps für iOS- und Android-Geräte unterstützt und bietet einen intuitiven Dashboard-Zugriff auf Funktionen für Zeiterfassung, Ausgabenprotokollierung, Abrechnung, Rechnungsstellung und die papierlose Autorisierung von Serviceverträgen. Nutzer können projektbezogene oder tätigkeitsbezogene Zeiten per Timer sekundengenau erfassen. Der Timer erlaubt doppelte Zeiterfassungen, wenn zwei Timer gleichzeitig benötigt werden. Die versäumte Live-Zeit kann dann in manuelle Zeiterfassungsbögen eingegeben werden, bevor Rechnungen erstellt werden, um jede Sekunde Arbeit genau abzurechnen. Bei der Erfassung anfallender Ausgaben besteht die Möglichkeit, Quittungen per E-Mail in das System zu übertragen oder sie auf einem mobilen Gerät zu fotografieren und über die App einzupflegen. Diese Funktion speichert jeden Beleg an einem Ort, um wichtige Steuerberichte zu erstellen, Kundenrechnungen zu erstellen und vieles mehr. Kreditkarten- und Bankkontotransaktionen können auch importiert werden, um Steuerabzüge automatisch abzuwickeln.
Darüber hinaus können Nutzer von Fiverr Workspace Kundenzahlungen über eine Reihe von Methoden direkt über die Anwendung akzeptieren. Eine personalisierte „PayMe“ Seite führt Kunden zu den Zahlungsoptionen, einschließlich PayPal, Kreditkarte oder ACH-Transfer. Alle Optionen sind mit Maßnahmen auf Bankebene ohne zusätzliche Gebühr gesichert und bieten nützliche Zahlungsverfolgung und Warnmeldungen.

My entire freelance workflow is kept organized by AndCo! It's nice to have a single app to go to for basic management of my small business.
Vorteile
Some favorite itemized pros:
quick and easy invoicing
simple client management system (CMS) (basic, but good enough for my needs!)
easy time-tracking
extremely personable and knowledgeable staff, who are always eager, ready, and able to help through the support chat
working contracts are included that are written by lawyers who know about problems in the freelance world that I really don't know much about, and wouldn't have been able to write myself
automatically generated and sent demand letters (I would have never had the guts to write one myself!)
As a full-time freelancer, I feel organized, protected, and supported by AndCo. Seriously, I haven't found anything that could replace this in my workflow. I am grateful that AndCo is free software, but strangely enough, I wish I could purchase a subscription so AndCo knows how much I value the service.
Nachteile
I wish the proposals were a bit more customizable was recently acquired by Fiverr, and I don't want to be associated with Fiverr

Great All-In-One Product for Creative Freelancers

Vorteile
I love that this comes with built in contracts. It can be very difficult to write a comprehensive contract that protects both you and the client.
Nachteile
I wish there was a way to template common services or project types instead of having to manually set everything up every time.

Inexpensive Freelance Tool but Suspect Payment Service

Vorteile
Contract generation, proposal, time tracking and simple accounting solution that is all in one that is hard to find elsewhere.
Nachteile
Its payment processing integration with Stripe is not reliable and you can see delays in getting payments from clients.
