The filtering system is really solid and flexible, and I understand why it works well for many users. For me, though, a more “helicopter view” would be more helpful – something like a dashboard where I can see multiple projects and their key tasks without needing to set up filters first. When I’m managing several projects at once, I sometimes miss that high-level overview that helps me stay fully oriented. So one is unable to assign project to whole division of company and then the division needs to split it in smaller parts and levels of company hierarchy. I also don’t like that there’s no option to set an hourly rate per user. Instead, it has to be set separately for each project, or you have to switch to the more expensive Business tariff.
