The software is very reliable, so far I have not encountered a single malfunction in terms of system operation, accurate system, and client security, very convenient and work friendly. There are different colors to show the different type of rooms and the status of each guest. the system is connected to online bookings. The rates system updating makes it easy for our reservation department to give quick and accurate rates. The Mini Hotel program has an app that makes management follow stats and update guest information in a quick and easy way.
