> I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE\! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody.

> **Vorteile**: Ease of use, logical and intuitive layout, customers find the online booking app very easy to use.  Reduced DNA's by 66% by using the text reminder system though the AI receptionist.

> **Nachteile**: No functionality to add two therapists to one appointment.  This is a very important feature for us to have, as we have clients with a disability that require two therapists in attendance.  No functionality to merge clients records, this would really be helpful, as it is so easy to create duplicates by mistake.

> Overall Goldie is a very good and stable salon management software.  It definitely  requires some additional functionality to address the issues that I have highlighted, but overall it really is an asset to our business.
