I do thing the investment into the PRO system will pay off in the long run. Appointment management is great and whenever I reach out for an issue, someone is always there to connect.

> **Nachteile**: It was missing key features. It says they sync with Apple calendar. They don’t. And the customer service is horrible.

> I purchased the subscription because it advertised features I was looking for such as sync with apple calendar and adding extra time in the appointment block. I would have used this to block out travel time to my clients. However, it only gave the option to sync with Google calendar, not Apple. And the extra time blocking feature was basically useless for my needs. I thought, “oh well, I’ll just cancel my subscription and move on. No big deal.” So I went to manage my subscription on the website, cancelled my subscription and thought that was the end of it. Then I was charged for the another month. I thought it was a mistake, so I emailed customer service. They are refusing me a refund because I didn’t cancel my subscription through Apple instead of THEIR WEBSITE\! It was an absolutely horrible customer service experience. I would never recommend this app to anybody.

> **Vorteile**: Goldie is a great service really easy to set up and use, and love the 'price varies' feature, I checked out most of the other booking softwares and noone else was offering this, and as a business with bespoke prices for every service it really helped

> **Nachteile**: I don't really like the layout of my diary on my side, I wish it was more easy to read at a glance instead of scrolling up and down to check a day and availability
> 
> It's a great service, have no issues at all so far except the layout of the diary page on the users side
