Servant Keeper ist eine automatisierungsorientierte Kirchenverwaltungssoftware, die sowohl eine Desktop-Anwendung als auch webbasierte und mobile Apps bietet. Das System deckt alles ab, von Zusicherungskampagnen bis zum Einchecken von Kindern.
Servant Keeper unterstützt sowohl Einzel- als auch Familienprofile, sodass Nutzer die Informationen von verbundenen Mitgliedern an einem Ort speichern können. Alle Profile werden nach dem Anmelden automatisch in der Hauptliste angezeigt, die angepasst werden kann, um nur die Profile von Mitgliedern anzuzeigen, mit denen ein Nutzer regelmäßig interagiert. Profile können auf die Bedürfnisse von Nutzern zugeschnitten werden, mit der Option, nutzerdefinierte Informationsfelder und Registerkarten hinzuzufügen. Die Eingabe von Informationen umfasst automatisches Ausfüllen und Dropdown-Menüs, um sich wiederholende Eingaben zu reduzieren. Die mehrstufige Sicherheit ermöglicht es Nutzern, Rollen mit bestimmten Zugriffsberechtigungen zuzuweisen und diese zu verwenden, um die unbefugte Anzeige persönlicher Informationen durch Mitglieder zu verhindern.
Einzelpersonen können in Gruppen segmentiert werden, mit der Option, E-Mails zu senden, Namensschilder zu erstellen und Veranstaltungseinladungen auf ganze Gruppen zu erweitern. Nutzer können anpassbare Gruppenberichte drucken und die integrierte Mail Merge-Funktion verwenden, um personalisierte Briefe für alle Gruppenmitglieder zu erstellen.
Nutzer können Spenden in Servant Keeper verfolgen und hierfür entweder den Namen des Spenders oder seine Umschlagsnummer verwenden. Sie können auf gespeicherte Transaktionen zugreifen, was die automatische Eingabe von früheren Gaben ermöglicht. Nutzer können geteilte Transaktionen aufzeichnen, vollständige Audit-Trails für alle Änderungen erstellen, Grafiken und Diagramme von Spenden anzeigen und anpassbare Spendenbescheinigungen für die Akten von Spendern erstellen. Servant Keeper enthält auch mehrere Berichtsvorlagen, wie z. B. Anwesenheitsberichte, Mitgliederlisten, wichtige Termine und Ereignisse, Fähigkeiten, Interessen und Ressourcen von Mitgliedern sowie Aktivitätsberichte, in die verschiedene Informationsfelder integriert werden können.

Would like to see an accounting package integrated with the software. Right now we have to manually add to a third party software.

Hi Bill, it's so nice of you to leave a complimentary review. I do want to acknowledge your request regarding accounting. Right now we offer direct integration with Quickbooks. So when you post your account totals go directly into your quickbooks company file. We have found that for most of our customers, this integration serves them best as their accountant uses Quickbooks. This also lets us focus on the member/donor tracking, which is what we do best. SK is a huge benefit in tracking all kinds of information regarding our membership and in producing digital and paper directories.
Vorteile
I'm not utilizing everything yet but these are the things I'm using and have found to be very helpful:
A membership database with the ability to run all kinds of reports.
The ability to create a paper directory/pictorial directory that includes contact information for the whole family.
Easily upload and crop pictures for family profiles and individual profiles.
Access to membership data through the SK App
Customer support is exceptional! Whenever I call needing help the staff is very kind, professional, and helpful.
Nachteile
The inability to change the preschool designations in the school grade category.

I have difficulty finding the information I am looking for with the help/search tool in the database.

Fine folks, but inferior product

It served us well in our early years as a church. But as our needs grew, SK didnt work for us. Great price. Great folks. Very limited functionality. If you're needing a simple solution JUST to keep up with donations, this will work. If you need more than that, this product might not be the best for you.

Not much. I think the staff at SK are great and fine people, but the software is lacking!
Nachteile
The GUI is archaic, outdated, and looks like one has taken a trip back into Windows 95.
The install is awkward, at least on a Mac.
There arent a ton of feature that can be done with this software. Reporting is limited, and there's no workflows, automated reporting, member portal, attendance module, etc.

My overall experience with Servant Keeper has been good. Even though some of the features are somewhat confusing to me, ultimately, in time, I am able to figure them out. So far it has been the most user friendly church management program I have tried. I Ch

Overall the software is relatively user friendly. Doesn't take long to get going. If you can attend an instructional seminar, that will get you going even faster and get a lot of questions answered.
Giving entries are very intuitive and straight forward. Corrections to entries are a little more work.
Nachteile
Steps to Merging duplicate entries or files can be very confusing. Customizing entry fields in the membership is difficult. Always have to go back to the guides and/or instruction manual to recall the steps.
I always have problems with the conditional statements in creating a group. Wish it was more simplified with practical examples or templates.
