I look forward to them launching additional features, for example, better video editing so I can easily extract and share key insights with the rest of my team. > > People we used to speak to often didn't have intent to use our product. With Ribbon we don’t need to immerse participants into a mock scenario. Instead, we can focus on just speaking with our customers.It also really reduces the lead time and cost of recruitment. At my previous workplace, we were paying upwards of £100 to recruitment each participant.
