It's also a good idea to build up campaigns that automatically bring positions in to assist drive candidate flow.   The team is proactive and consists of a group of really educated people who are well-versed in recruiting. The dashboards are simple to grasp and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Our jobs now reach audiences we never would have reached without this partnership.
