Mai 2023* | Pharmazeutika | Empfehlungsbewertung: 8.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: ShareFile is a simple method to share files with employees and customers. It allows you to simply build familiar folder structures and protect data, and its cross-platform compatibility makes it simple to access files. Citrix file sharing is a simple and safe way to save all data in the cloud, allowing us to view files from anywhere and at any time. Citrix has got the unique notion of offering simple access to all platforms; I have seen that most MNCs such as Infosys, DeLL, Accenture, and many more are adopting this; the greatest aspect is that it provides all apps in one spot for ease of access. > > **Nachteile**: Initially, something is required to connect to the server and even to reflect the changes made to the files; however, it will be better if speed and connectivity are increased; speed is something to enhance, application availability is a genuine annoyance; during peak hours, apps crash, which might be due to issues with the organization's infrastructure or the application itself. > > We don't have a file sharing server, thus this is the simplest way to distribute and exchange data, especially huge ones, across geographically distributed staff and clients. ShareFile eliminates the need for physical storage, and remote access is the most significant benefit, significantly improving productivity and performance. Citrix Sharefile assists us in fulfilling our need to take reasonable precautions to protect our customers' confidential/personal information. Citrix Sharefile benefits our business since it is simple to use and helps keep our customers' information secure. ----- ### "Very versitile and easy to figure out program" — 5.0/5 > **Greg** | *16. August 2019* | Unternehmensberatung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The software includes a number of additional features, including secure email, and the ability to easily and affordably add more. I have used this software now at three different companies. Set up was easy and the help center guidance was very good. > > **Nachteile**: Set up of folders was a little tedious and slightly cumbersome but was very easy to figure out and add/subtract people as needed. > > overall experience was very good and will continue to recommend it where I work and for my clients. ----- ### "Progress is killing this company" — 1.0/5 > **Pablo** | *29. Mai 2025* | Informationstechnologie & -dienste | Empfehlungsbewertung: 1.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Product used to be great, new management from progress has made the product unusable due to horrendous support. > > **Nachteile**: Progress acquisition has rendered support useless, too many people in the mix, nobody has answers, support tickets remain open for weeks at a time and no follow up. Duplicate invoices being sent, inability to do something as simple as upgrade an account due to backend bugs that nobody seems to care about. ----- ### "Couldn’t be more secure" — 5.0/5 > **Mona** | *11. September 2022* | Anwaltskanzlei | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: This is very secure and protected with encryption, perfect for legal or financial information. Electronic signatures are completed with little effort. Citrix ShareFile has an email plugin that sends large files without so many hiccups. The emails are protected on their way. Client portal was well liked. > > **Nachteile**: I think it’s too expensive and it needs to be made more simple to understand and use. I think it should be more adaptive so smaller businesses can get what they need without paying for and getting confused with the enterprise settings. > > This experience was ok, it wasn’t our perfect fit. ----- ### "Excellent platform to store and share documents securely." — 5.0/5 > **Antonio** | *15. Mai 2023* | Automotive | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Sharefile has numerous instruments that make the computer program simple to utilize, apps to utilize on desktop or versatile, join records safely or over certain measure limits, integrative with other program like RightSignature. The item is accessible with the choice of cloud-based and on-premises, it is very simple to introduce and arrange, permits sending or asking huge records with others. It has software/plugin for Viewpoint, portable gadgets, etc. You'll be able too adjust substance, the record exchange is very quick, it permits you to customize the appearance of the app to a few degree. > > **Nachteile**: The computer program has a few disadvantages, authorization settings for organizers are not simple to oversee for all clients who have admin rights, notice settings for transfers can be effortlessly misplaced and capturing/resetting them awkward, and self-service charging was a bit of a challenge (was on auto pay, when changing memberships that got changed and couldn't be reached by back at Citrix after clearing out messages). Tall accessibility setup for Citrix ShareFile may be a issue, at slightest we managed with it. I wish there was a more loose alternative to customize the appearance of the item interface from the point of view of the conclusion client. > > Sharefile understands the issue of sharing records, putting away archives (carefully) and being able to share reports with others safely. I can transfer reports and clients can get to anytime they require, it is exceptionally productive for sending and getting gigantic records securely and rapidly. Centrally oversee this benefit with the capacity to get to administrations from different gadgets and stages. This benefit has facilitated the issue of sharing data safely with accomplices and specialists. ----- Seite: 1 / 19\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/2066889/sharefile?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/2066889/sharefile) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
