This for example can be seen in the searching bar that filters from all reservations received with only one reference number or name. Specially the Action log shows you the latest modifications in every sectiondone by name and date. It is useful to keep on track procedures with guest that can take months to find out what happened when there is a miscommunication. > > **Nachteile**: It is valuable all information that can be found in few steps and the way it looks it is quite modern and professional, but at the same time I remember that for my learning process and getting to know it the layout, visualizing the reports the was so much information that it is not highlighted so may way of learning was remembering the steps to get there and not remember how it looks since most of the information is found in black, grey and white.
