Over the years, we've had issues with application use, new installation etc. and they have responded quickly to all the queries. They even connected remotely and walked me through error resolution in their visual planner product, which we use for Power BI dashboard developing and reporting, even when we were on different time zones. The tool is easy to use once installed and avoids high maintenance as opposed to other applications for the same purpose. > > **Nachteile**: The application we use (Visual Planner) sometimes lags when dealing with large data. The load time of visuals is also high if the table has huge data. > > Overall, I've had excellent experience with Power ON. Recently, we even had to migrate from on prem to azure installation . The associate involved was knowledgeable and walked me through (step by step) to configure the settings at our part. Even when the azure resources on our company side were not readily available, power on folks rearranged their schedules to work with us and complete the installation at the earliest. Once installed, the visuals are pretty useful to interact with databases so you don't have to develop a separate application for viewing and entering the data to backend.
