What I appreciate most is the combination of a user-friendly interface and very supportive, professional management and customer success team. The communication with the Flex team has always been friendly, timely, and solution-oriented. Whenever questions or technical issues came up, they were addressed quickly and with genuine willingness to help.
Overall, Flex provides a clean, easy-to-orient environment that supports efficient monitoring, documentation, and oversight of clinical activities. I would definitely recommend it to teams looking for a structured yet intuitive system, backed by a helpful and engaged support/management team.
