The link to scheduling didn't work on many mobile scheduling devices as reported by many customers. Support said they could not duplicate the issue, yet issue was widespread. Communication stopped from "support" after saying they couldn't duplicate despite reaching out and sending screenshots of the issue.

Interface for building scheduling could use some improvements for a more intuitive expeirence.

> Overall experience is fair. I will be cancelling our Breely subscription after this month as the benefit for a paid service is not present when it does not work across all devices and customer support is minimal.

> **Nachteile**: One heads-up: when I traveled, it defaulted to the local time zone instead of sticking with my EST setting. I just escalated it, and based on Breely’s usual responsiveness, I expect a fix soon.
