Now the costs are just way too high and notification is not sent out at all. Exact example is changing to quarterly and the $300 charge for the months, not the quarters, I don't process a payroll. I was told AFTER this went into effect last year and unbeknownst to me it cost me $600 on the 2 months out of the quarter I did not file a payroll - up from $39.00.
