While customer support is generally responsive and tries to compensate for mistakes, refunds are usually provided as account credit towards a future box rather than resolving the immediate problem. > > My overall experience has been mixed. The food itself is usually enjoyable, and the quality of the ingredients is often better than expected. However, the service isn’t always reliable. When ingredients are missing or unusable, you’re still left needing to visit the supermarket to complete meals you’ve already paid for, which defeats much of the convenience that meal kits are supposed to provide.
