> **Nachteile**: It could be due to the organization not having enough UKG Ready add-ons, but I felt that integration was very poor with the regular version of UKG. The information transfer made no sense to me and I found it made some work difficult.

> I had a lot of success using UKG Ready during the onboarding process, as I had a high volume of hires while utilize the program. Most of my troubles with UKG came form editing/changing employee information after hire.

> **Nachteile**: When I submit a case for assistance there are some times that it takes days to get a response. When I ask for a call back there are several times that they send me a message with what they did.  Some reports I'm not able to get certain information and have to pull multiple reports and combine them to have all the data needed.

> Overall it is good, no big issues. Except, when I want to talk to someone about pricing on adding a 360 file feed between UKG and our Retirement provider they will not just talk to me so I can get the info, they are wanting $500 just to talk to someone, if I decided to do the file feed or not.

The app is also great and allows our employees flexibility to move from one job to another.  Their customer support is fantastic and we usually get quick turnaround for any issues we may have.

> **Nachteile**: The only con is really around the additional cost for modules like the LMS or the AI tools.  It hinders us as a nonprofit to be able to utilize some of these tools.

> Excellent...we have been a customer since 2017 and I would not change for anything.  Their support is tremendous and we love the fact that the entire user experience is in one system.
