I felt like I was handed off to customer support to figure things out instead of being guided through a clear process. The Vrbo integration was especially confusing, and Lodgify wasn’t very helpful there. Thankfully, I found a great contact at Vrbo who knew exactly how to set it up and helped me get everything working. Now that everything is running, the platform is much easier to use and quite powerful. The tech support team, in particular, has been fantastic—they’re responsive, proactive, and genuinely go out of their way to help, which is more than I can say for the onboarding experience. Overall, it’s a strong tool once you’re past the initial setup hurdles.
