It’s clear that their support team is either overwhelmed, undertrained, or simply unwilling to provide the assistance customers expect especially for a paid service. Despite the numerous issues I’ve reported, nothing has been fixed and I’ve seen no progress in resolving the problems. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I regret putting any trust or money into this software. If you're looking for a reliable vacation rental management tool, I highly recommend looking at other platforms. Lodgify overpromises and severely underdelivers. The software works well integrating with the other platforms for managing bookings and updating the listings for me. So far it has been value for money that I paid.
