Juli 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Robust donor management and ability to add custom fields. Tight integration with Constant Contact that allows for very polished emails and tracking back to the donor record. Simple data import process that I was able to do on my own. Very helping Onboarding Manager, who made the process seamless. > > **Nachteile**: Event Management could be improved - while there are multiple options, the native DonorPerfect functionality is lacking and the functionality through Givecloud is a bit complex. > > Overall, it's a great experience in onboarding. The system is easy to use and get started in less than a month. I am a volunteer who set it up on my own with the help of my Onboarding Manager. The Donor Management module is very powerful and flexible. The Marketing capabilities through the Constant Contact email integration work great. We still need to set up our accounting integration, but we look forward to no longer having to enter transactions to our systems twice. ----- ### "Not as great as we hoped it would be" — 4.0/5 > **Susan** | *30. Juni 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 6.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: We've experienced some good customer service with DonorPerfect, and the price for the package - especially with the inclusion of Constant Contact, is good. > > **Nachteile**: Poor Quickbooks integration, downloaded reports not automatically in currency format, and end-of-year donation reports are not good. Our last platform was DonorView, and DonorPerfect has some great features, but then much of the products are cobbled together. This is not helpful. Whenever a report is needed, we have to chat with support to get the extremely long set of instructions to generate the report. Additional problems that we found were the different ways to set up receiving funds, either directly through DonorPerfect, or through GiveCloud. Functionality changes for the choice of one or the other. Finally, the icon labels for a donor are not helpful. Take for instance a donor who is a monthly giver, but gives by check. The monthly donor icon does not show up and we can't manually tell the platform to do so. > > Overall, DonorPerfect is a pretty good platform. Unfortunately, after using this platform for a year, we feel it was probably better for our organization to stick with DonorView. We have good customer service with DonorPerfect, but something to consider is that we shouldn't need to reach out to customer service as often as we do. ----- ### "Good Product" — 5.0/5 > **Shannyn** | *14. September 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The Customer Support team is wonderful and easy to work with. On the occasion that I encounter an issue, I am able to get a hold of them quickly and they have always been good about solving the problem in a timely manner. > > **Nachteile**: Some aspects of the platform are not entirely intuitive. I have had some trouble creating forms in the report builder especially. > > This is a good platform for the cost. Connecting Donor Perfect to our Constant Contact account is extremely helpful for marketing and and fundraising campaign notices. ----- ### "Donorperfect Experience" — 3.0/5 > **Shreya** | *3. Juni 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 6.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: User friendly donor management, easy creating reporting templates for beginners, quick support and free webinars to uplift the skill > > **Nachteile**: Limitation in some of the areas like changing the fiscal year for retention, reactivation stats in the dashboard. Doesn't integrate well with Givecloud monthly donation and doesn't mark them monthly donor automatically. Limitations in some of the customizations. Can't upload the documents like other platforms so that we can keep a record for each constituent. Additional cost for certain features. > > Overall good as it is beginner friendly but would love if it had more options to customize as per organizations need. ----- ### "DonorPerfect (into year 3)" — 4.0/5 > **Catherine** | *2. Juli 2026* | Non-Profit-Organisation Management | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Customer support is above average. Reporting capabilities, though complex, are extremely helpful for database clean up and sophisticated strategic review. > > **Nachteile**: Forms module that comes as part of the base product is outdated. Support for 3rd party integration with Constant Contact is limited. > > Implementing the system requires the assistance of a knowledgeable advisor. The system is extremely customizable, however it is potentially very easy to start customizing before completely understanding the functionality of the base system. ----- Seite: 1 / 61\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/91736/donorperfect-fundraising-software?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/91736/donorperfect-fundraising-software) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
