OfficeTimer has wide and diverse audience. Our users come from all the six continents - America, Australia, South America, Africa, Asia and Europe. Since OfficeTimer's User Interface Language can be set to any of the widely spoken languages like English, German, French, Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese and Norwegian our users come from over 30 countries where these languages are spoken.

OfficeTimer timesheet software is used by companies from various industries like construction, software developers, design companies, glass manufacturers, chartered accountants, CPAs, financial consulting companies, freelancers etc.,

The application is fully web-based and hence needs no installation of the software on your computers. Using OfficeTimer is as easy as browsing any other website or like checking your email on Gmail or yahoo. The user interface is very simple and user adaptability within seconds is guaranteed.

Our interface for end users is simple and self explanatory, yet at the same time the application has the depth to capture and process even minute details required by the management to measure KPIs which are crucial for project management. OfficeTimer is used by our clients for various purposes like payroll reports, project reports, task reports, client reports, expense reports and admin reports.

Vorteile

It is a great timesheet software. You know what to do (or what have you done in the past) because of tracking your work. One person times the work and all needed leaves, and other one checks it and approves / rejects it. It's well communicated.

Nachteile

I have noticed some errors, especially when your connection drops for a moment - when it is back you can lose your progress.

Time tracking and time saving!!!

Vorteile

I am a one person company - and like most single user companies I need to be working not spending much time on administration. Office Timer tracks all of my time spent on each client and makes my monthly billing a breeze. I am not the most technical savvy person in the world and whenever I have an issue or a question Sri and his team are always there to help immediately. I would recommend Office Timer again and again.

Nachteile

I do not really have any cons - the software is capable of so much more than I use it for. For my needs I have no cons.

You can click on projects against the name of the newly added employee and assign to the projects in one go.
It is in our road-map to have a single page similar to that of project team page for task assignment as well. You should be able to assign the tasks of all projects from a single page instead of going to respective tasks page!

I like how much they are offering for free and it is free to use to some extent. If you have some time why not give it a try.

Vorteile

I always like a product that offers basic functionality for free. But with officetimer it is different, all the pro features are free also.
I really amazed by how many things I can do just under one platform. Project management billing and time tracking, all under one roof. I join officetimer for its ability to track time and bill according to usage.
The office timer offers a lot of flexibility to the company structure. A very pro feature, not all competitor offers.
The ability to see and control all the timing for my contributors is really a big deal as they are not very punctual all the time.
Well, I don't use billable time features currently but it will be very helpful for my future projects.

Nachteile

Well, I think the only con using office time is learning. I need to learn a lot of their how to fully test all the features. It is not just to register and uses.

the application is easy to understand and simple to use. the features of generating dynamic reports are good. On an overall basis i like the effort management part of the application

Nachteile

Because it was implemented for the first time for our kind of profession, i believe there possibility of making the application more dynamic.
OfficeTimer should be able to handle multiple scenarios seamlessly.
