We could only contact support through "chat", and each time we received a message thanking me for my patience and saying they were working on the problem. This went on for a week. When you call the office, you can only get voice mail, and no-one called back. Finally I contacted Indeed, and they had the issue sorted out within a few hours - they advised that the issue was on Fitzii's end. I have yet to hear from anyone at Fitzii. Then I review the complete profiles of the top people and don't spend any time reviewing the completely unqualified people. Saves me so much time and increases the quality of my hires.
