Customers can sign from their phone which speeds things up a lot, especially when someone is finalizing financing from home before coming in to pick up the vehicle. It also keeps a clean digital trail of everything signed, so if a lender or customer ever needs a copy later I’m not digging through a filing cabinet trying to find it.
