> Had an issue last week which resulted in 3 phone calls to technical support they originally wanted me to upgrade my licence before they would help and when I refused they grudgingly put me through.  I spoke to 3 different advisors and each one had a different reason as to why I was experiencing the problems I was all claiming it had nothing to do with the outage of Sage 50 in Europe but it's funny all issues were resolved when that problem was sorted
