However, we can't depend on that. This week so far (Thursday) it has been down twice for HOURS. The first day, we had customers waiting and our techs were in the middle of jobs when it went down, we had no way for them to pay--or even open Work Orders to see them, so the amount of people who walked out with free work is asinine. Our business is always evolving and changing the way we do things. We are just a little different than most of our competitors.
