August 2025* | Immobilien | Empfehlungsbewertung: 10.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: The ability to customise workflows, fields, and templates to match our recruitment process has been a game changer. The integration with job boards is seamless, and the candidate search is quick and accurate. The automation tools and email templates save hours each week, and the mobile app makes it easy to manage candidates on the go. > > **Nachteile**: Some of the more advanced reporting features take a bit of time to set up, and the interface can feel slightly busy until you customise it. A few integrations require additional configuration that might be tricky for non-technical users. > > Zoho Recruit has transformed how we manage candidates, from first contact to placement. Our database is now structured, searchable, and up to date, and we’ve drastically reduced manual admin. The flexibility in workflows and automation means we can scale without adding more headcount to admin roles. Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance. Overall, it’s helped us become faster, more consistent, and more professional in our recruitment process. ----- ### "Zoho Recruit experience" — 5.0/5 > **David** | *3. September 2026* | Personalbeschaffung & -besetzung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 9.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Really liked the fact that Zoho Recruit offers API services on the free/budget plans, the interface is friendly and intuitive even for someone who had no experience before. > > **Nachteile**: The inbuilt AI-assistant could be more useful. It often makes mistakes when parsing complex CVs and that's definitely something to consider. > > Liked it, will definitely continue to use it. Perfectly suits medium scale business yet it is much cheaper than its competitors. ----- ### "Oversold and underdelivered" — 2.0/5 > **Verifizierter Rezensent** | *18. September 2025* | Personalbeschaffung & -besetzung | Empfehlungsbewertung: 3.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Zoho Recruit is a stable CRM. They have some integrations that can be helpful but beware, some of the features require additional payment. > > **Nachteile**: Too much of a communication barrier with your onboarding support team. They oversell and underdeliver performance and features. They also want you to share your admin credentials during setup instead of having any type of "partner" or their own credentials. > > We were excited to begin with Zoho recruit but once onboarding started we quickly realized it was not the right tool for us. We were oversold on on things that the system could do, for example, we were told there was a full integration with RingCentral for phone and SMS. What they don't tell you that is that you have to pay for an additional 3rd party service to make the outbound SMS work. We were assigned a project manager, and then 1 week in, that person was removed and put on a different project. ----- ### "Zoho is great" — 5.0/5 > **Roe** | *25. Juni 2026* | Personalwesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: Zoho Recruit is very easy to use and navigate, making daily tasks efficient. It offers excellent value for money compared to other recruitment systems, with strong core functionality, good customization options, and reliable performance for managing candidates and workflows. > > **Nachteile**: One downside is that the AI functionality currently feels limited compared to other platforms. Some automation features could be more advanced, and there is room for improvement in intelligent candidate matching and workflow automation capabilities. > > Overall, Zoho Recruit has been an excellent system to work with. It is user-friendly, cost-effective, and provides all the essential tools needed to manage the recruitment process effectively. With some improvements to AI features and automation, it could become even more powerful. ----- ### "An ATS specifically tailored to your needs" — 4.0/5 > **Julia** | *3. September 2026* | Personalwesen | Empfehlungsbewertung: 7.0/10 > > **Vorteile**: I like how almost everything is customizable in Zoho Recruit. That means that it can be tailored to any company's specific needs depending on their use case. > > **Nachteile**: I'm excited to see more integration options between different Zoho tools. For example, using Zoho Forms and Zoho Bookings within Recruit. I'm also surprised that Zoom is not an available option currently to conduct interviews within Zoho Recruit. ----- Seite: 1 / 53\ Weiter: [Nächste Seite](https://www.getapp.de/software/9912/zoho-recruit?page=2) ## Links - [Auf GetApp anzeigen](https://www.getapp.de/software/9912/zoho-recruit) ## Diese Seite ist in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar | Sprache | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Strukturierte Daten
